Cookies. Cookies are understood to mean IT data stored in end-user devices (such as a computer, telephone or tablet), sent by websites and mobile applications. These files allow the user's device to be recognised and the website to be displayed correctly, including adapting the website to their individual preferences. They also allow the website to be displayed in the user's language "remembered" by these files, and also allow the use of other website settings selected by the user. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time they are stored on the end-user device and a unique identifier. Depending on the website or device you are using, the type and number of processed cookies may vary. In order to display advertisements, conduct analytical activities and make it easier for you to use our functionalities, in services where cookies may not work (e.g. in applications for mobile devices), we may use technologies that operate in a manner similar to cookies.

The process of installing and operating cookies
First visit to the website.
When connecting to the server, after expressing the appropriate consents, if they are required, the server saves a cookie file on your end device (e.g. computer, phone or tablet), which stores information about, for example, the language you want to use on the website.
Another visit to the website.
When you next visit the website, the server reads the information contained in the cookie file placed on your device, so that, for example, the website is immediately displayed in the language you previously selected.

Use of cookies.
• ensuring security and preventing abuse (including preventing access by unauthorized persons);
• adapting the content of websites to the preferences and end user's device and optimizing the use of websites;
• preventing certain actions on our websites from being performed by internet robots;
• facilitating logging into the user's account;
• creating anonymous, aggregated statistics that help understand how the user uses websites, which allows for improving their structure and content;
• enabling the improvement of the operation of websites, including examining their performance;
• identifying which advertisements the user has displayed, as well as displaying advertisements on our and external websites, including those most appropriately suited to the activity of the website user.

Data processing.
• We may process data on how you use the website using a computer, telephone, tablet or other device by means of which you access websites. Some of this data, in combination with other data, may constitute personal data. Using the Internet technologies used, we may process, for example:
• the name of the website from which cookies originate, the time they are stored on the end device and their unique number;

Transfer of personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area.
We do not directly transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area to third countries or international organisations. However, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the operators of social media portals are entities with a global reach and therefore their structure is international in nature, which may mean the transfer of personal data by companies located in the European Economic Area to personal data processing centres, which are - most often - located in third countries.

Automatic processing of your personal data (including profiling) in a way that affects your rights.

In connection with access to our websites, data from the end device is processed in an automated manner in connection with its invocation or performance of activity on the site, thanks to which, as the data controller, we can evaluate certain factors concerning you, for the purposes for which we use cookies.

You can block the installation of necessary cookies or delete them using browser settings, which in extreme cases may prevent the display of the website in part or in whole or make it difficult to navigate it, including preventing its use.

Personal data obtained using marketing (advertising) cookies are processed by us on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 letter a) of the GDPR (user consent).

Tracking pixels
Flash-Butrym also uses tracking pixels. A pixel is a software code that allows an object to be embedded on a website, usually a pixel-sized image, which allows the tracking of user behaviour on websites on which it is placed. Optimal operation of the pixel can be combined with the use of first-party cookies or third-party cookies. After expressing the appropriate consent, the browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the server storing the pixel, therefore the processing of data collected by the pixel takes place within the framework of the data protection policy of the entity that is responsible for the aforementioned. server is administered.

Model operation of a tracking pixel
After clicking on a link/banner on the partner's website, users are redirected to a website belonging to the advertiser. If they enter subpages on which pixels are located, then information about this is sent to the partner's server and then forwarded to the advertiser - the technology based on SDK tools used by us in mobile applications works in a similar way. Thanks to the pixel, the advertiser obtains aggregated information on how many people who used the link/banner on the partner's website made purchases from them, if the pixel was placed on a page informing about the execution of the order.

We use services and tools of external suppliers on our websites, in particular in the scope related to the provision of services available through the website and with analytics, advertising (including interest-based advertising), remarketing, measurement of advertising campaign results.
