By using our social media accounts (hereinafter referred to as "Social Media Accounts" or separately as "Social Media Account"), you are interacting with us, such as: leaving likes or comments, sending or receiving messages or making or unsubscribing. Such actions and related information may constitute personal data. The social media privacy policy describes how we process personal data in connection with our presence on the indicated social media: falshPRO.pl, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
When we process your personal data, we make every effort to meet the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "General Data Protection Regulation"), as well as generally applicable law and best market practices.
 
We receive your personal data directly from you, through your interaction with our Accounts on social media. Providing personal data is voluntary and they are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

II. Processing of your personal data:
 
www.flashpro.pl. We process the data of people who downloaded files from the website, including documents, instructions, fixtures, visualizers. We process identification data (account identifier [usually containing name and surname, nickname], e-mail address, phone number, profile picture, other photos [which may also show an image]) and other data (statistical data regarding people visiting our website and downloaded files).
 
Facebook. We process the data of people who subscribed to the Account on the social networking site by clicking the "Like" or "Follow" icon or published their comment, shared it or clicked the "Like" icon under any of the posts posted as part of our Account on the social networking site. We process identification data (account identifier [usually containing a name or nickname], profile picture, other photos [which may also contain an image]) and other data (content of your comments, statistics on visitors to our social media account).
 
Instagram. We process data of people who have subscribed to a social media account by clicking the "Like" or "Follow" icon or have posted a comment, shared it or clicked the "Like" icon under any of the posts made within our social media account. We process identification data (account identifier [usually containing a name or nickname], profile picture, other photos [which may also contain an image]) and other data (content of your comments, statistics on visitors to our social media account).
Google. We process the data of people who visited the Account on the social networking site, interacted with the Company by exchanging messages, published or sent data through services offered by the Google portal (e.g. filled out forms, responded to surveys). We process identification data (name, surname, image and other identification data made publicly available by you on the profile created on the Google portal) and other data (content of your comments, statistical data on people visiting our Account on the social networking site).
 
TikTok. We process the data of people who have subscribed to a social media account by clicking the "Like" or "Follow" icon or have posted a comment, shared it or clicked the "Like" icon under any of the posts posted on our social media account. We process identification data (account identifier [usually containing your name and surname or nickname], profile picture, other photos (which may also depict your image]) and other data (content of your comments, statistical data about people visiting our Account on the social network).
 
YouTube. We process data of people who have subscribed to the Account on the social network by clicking the "Subscribe" icon, have posted their comment under any of the videos posted in the account or have reacted to any of the published videos. We process identification data (account identifier [usually containing your name and surname or nickname], profile picture, other photos [which may also depict your image]) and other data (content of your comments, statistical data about people visiting our Account on the social network).
 
III. Purposes, legal basis and duration of personal data processing.
 
We run our Accounts on social networking sites, on the terms and conditions specified by the operators of social networking sites. We use them to inform you about our activities, events and promotions, products and services, as well as build and maintain our community (including monitoring published content). We also use them to communicate through available functionalities (comments, messages). The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Company (Article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation), which is the interest in maintaining our Accounts on social media portals. Personal data will be processed for the duration of the Accounts on social media portals. We organize promotional campaigns. The principles of processing your personal data, including the purpose and legal basis for such processing, are described in the regulations of such a campaign. The legal basis and time of processing will be described in the regulations of a specific promotional campaign. Before participating in a promotional campaign, please read its regulations.
 
We conduct statistics by analyzing the activity of users of our Accounts on social media. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Company (Article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation) which is the creation and analysis of activity statistics. When we process personal data for statistical purposes, we act as joint controllers within the meaning of Article 26 (1) of the General Data Protection Regulation together with the operators of social media portals who provide such functionality. Personal data will be processed for the duration of the existence of the Accounts on social media portals.
 
IV. Transfer of personal data and access.
 
Access to your personal data may be granted to: social media operators, our authorized personnel and entities providing services to us (including marketing services, IT services and technical support), who must have access to the data in order to perform their duties; other social media users (due to the fact that information about followers, likes, as well as the content of comments, posts and other information provided by users are public, unless you change this yourself); public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for the purposes resulting from the provisions of generally applicable law; operators of social media portals on the principles described in their privacy policies.
Remember that social media operators are separate entities responsible for processing the personal data of users, including data concerning you. These entities process your personal data for their own purposes based on the legal bases they have established. In particular, they may collect and process information contained in cookies based on their own regulations. We have limited influence on such processing. For this reason, we ask you to familiarize yourself with the regulations and privacy policies of social media operators.
 
V. Transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area.
 
We do not directly transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area to third countries or international organizations. However, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that social media operators are entities with a global reach and therefore their structure is international in nature, which may mean the transfer of personal data by companies located in the European Economic Area to personal data processing centers, which are - most often - located in third countries.
 
VI. Rights in connection with the processing of personal data.
 
The General Data Protection Regulation provides for a number of rights that you have as a person whose personal data is being processed. To exercise your rights, please contact us using the contact details indicated at the beginning of the Privacy Policy.
 
The right to access personal data allows you to obtain information from the Company about the processing of your personal data by the Company, including in particular the purposes and legal basis for processing, the scope of the data held, as well as the entities to which your data is disclosed and the planned date of deletion of the data.
You can exercise the right to obtain a copy of your personal data to obtain a copy of your personal data processed by the Company.
 
You can exercise the right to rectify your personal data if you notice that your personal data is incorrect or incomplete. In such a case, we undertake to remove any inconsistencies or errors regarding the processed personal data or supplement them if they are incomplete.
 
You can exercise the right to delete your personal data: if your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed by the Company; when you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data or object to the processing of your personal data and there is no other legal basis for processing; when your personal data is processed unlawfully.
 
You can exercise the right to restrict the processing of your personal data if: you notice that your personal data is incorrect - you can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data for a period allowing us to check the accuracy of this data; your personal data is processed unlawfully, but you do not want it to be deleted; we will no longer need your personal data, but you may need it to defend or pursue claims; you object to the processing of your personal data – until it is determined whether our legitimate grounds override the grounds for objection.
 
You can exercise the right to transfer your personal data if the processing of your personal data is based on your consent or a contractual relationship between you and the Company and when such processing is carried out in an automated manner.
 
You can exercise the right to object to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes at any time if your personal data is processed for marketing purposes, without having to justify such an objection.
 
You can exercise the right to object to other purposes of personal data processing at any time, for reasons related to your particular situation, if your personal data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Company (e.g. for analytical or statistical purposes). The objection in this respect should contain a justification.
 
You can exercise the right to withdraw consent at any time if your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, which, however, does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.
 
You can exercise the right to human intervention, to express your own position and to challenge an automatic decision made against you at any time if an automatic decision has been made against you that produces legal effects or significantly affects you in a similar way.
 
Remember also that you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in connection with our processing of your Personal Data.
